Universal gym is one of the leading hardcore gyms in Dublin. Established by Sean Enright and JJ Dunne. JJ is a seven time Champion power lifter and national Champion body builder. Sean is a national Champion body builder. Both are members of the IPO, GPC, WPI and National Amateur Body Builders Association.
Everyone has different aims: Some of you will want to gain muscle size, others will want to lose excess weight, and some of you may be seeking a firmer, healthier body. And because every one is different, we will work out an exercise program just for you. You will be given a personal workout card with your exercises on it and you will be able to keep a record of your progress.
Universal Gym offers a great training environment and full gym facilities and has recently added the Mono Lift to the already extensive list of gym equipment.
